Copyright & Content Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Everything you see on TokAlerts was made by us and is protected by law. You may use it in your streams. You may not use it anywhere else.
1. Everything here is protected
© Fancy Phone i Linköping AB. All rights reserved. All content on tokalerts.com and in the TokAlerts dashboard and overlays is owned by Fancy Phone i Linköping AB or licensed to us, and is protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729), international copyright treaties, trademark law and the law on trade secrets.
This covers, without limitation: overlay and alert designs, animations, video clips, images, illustrations, sounds, typography, layouts, page designs, the user interface, texts, guides, help articles, translations, product names and descriptions, the source code, the database structure, the TokAlerts name and logo, and the overall look and feel of the site.
2. What you are allowed to do
As a TokAlerts user you may display our overlays, alerts and purchased content in your own live streams, and in recordings and clips of your own streams that you publish on your own channels. That is the only use permitted.
This permission is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence. It ends automatically if you break these rules.
3. What is strictly forbidden
Without our prior written permission, nobody may:
• copy, download, save, record, screen-capture or extract our content, designs or code for any purpose other than the permitted use above;
• reproduce, republish, sell, resell, rent, share, give away or distribute any of our content, free or paid;
• use our content, designs, texts, layouts, features or the structure of the site to build, design, market or improve another website, app, product, template, service or business, online or offline;
• create copies, imitations or derivative works of the site, its pages, overlays or alert designs, or a product that is confusingly similar in look, names or presentation;
• scrape, crawl, mirror or harvest the site or its media with bots or any automated tool, or use it to train AI models;
• use the TokAlerts name, logo or anything confusingly similar in a domain name, account name, advertisement or product;
• remove watermarks, copyright notices or credits, or reverse-engineer, decompile or copy our software.
Offline use is covered too: printing, presentations, courses, resale on physical media or any other use outside the site is forbidden without written permission.
4. What happens if you break these rules
We monitor for copies of our content and designs. Infringement leads to immediate termination of the account without refund, takedown notices to hosts, platforms and app stores, and legal action under Swedish law, including claims for damages and reasonable compensation under the Copyright Act and the Marketing Practices Act. Wilful infringement of copyright is also a criminal offence in Sweden.
5. Third-party content
Some parts are used under licence from others, for example the emoji set (Noto Emoji by Google, CC BY 4.0) and some fonts. Those parts stay under their own licences. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.; TokAlerts is not affiliated with TikTok.
6. Permission requests and reports
To ask for permission, or to report someone copying our content, email support@tokalerts.com with links and screenshots. If you believe content on TokAlerts infringes your rights, write to the same address and we will act promptly.
