Terms of Service

1. The service

TokAlerts (tokalerts.com) provides on-stream overlay widgets for TikTok LIVE creators: alerts, leaderboards, goals, games, a subathon timer, chat tools, music requests and analytics. The service is operated by the TokAlerts team and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

The live-event connection relies on publicly available TikTok LIVE data. Availability of that connection can be affected by changes on TikTok's side that are outside our control; we work to restore functionality promptly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a verified email address to use the dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your password and your private overlay links secret. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use TokAlerts.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful content.

3. Free and Pro plans

The Starter plan is free. The Pro plan costs $15 per month and unlocks the features listed on our pricing page.

Pro can be paid by card through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record for online payments), or with prepaid activation codes purchased from us directly. Card subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; Pro remains active until the end of the period already paid.

4. Store purchases (digital products)

The store at tokalerts.com/store sells digital products (such as alert media packs and sound packs) as one-time purchases, delivered as downloads immediately after payment by email and in your account under Settings → My Purchases.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, orders are generally not refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or when a product is defective. If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use TokAlerts to display unlawful, hateful or infringing content on your stream, to harass others, or to violate TikTok's own terms and community guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content of your streams, including any music you play through the music-request feature.

6. Intellectual property

TokAlerts and its overlay designs remain our property. Digital products you purchase are licensed to you for use in your own streams and content; you may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
