What is TokAlerts?
Overlays for TikTok LIVE: alerts for gifts, follows and shares, top-gifter boards, goals, games, a subathon timer, chat tools and more. You add them to your stream as a browser source, and they react live to what happens in your room.
Who is behind it?
TokAlerts is a brand of Fancy Phone i Linköping AB, a company registered in Sweden (reg. no. 559263-2029). Our full company details are at the bottom of every legal page.
Is it connected to TikTok?
No. TokAlerts is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. We read the public events of your LIVE; we never ask for your TikTok password.
What do I need to use it?
A TikTok account that can go LIVE, and a streaming app that accepts a browser source, such as TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS. Our Guides show the setup step by step.
Is it free?
Yes, the Free plan is free forever. Pro costs $15 per month and unlocks every design, the full Library and the advanced widgets.
How can I pay?
By card through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner and merchant of record, who handles VAT and keeps your card details safe; we never see them. You can also buy a prepaid activation code from us ($15 = 30 days) and redeem it under Settings.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Go to Settings → Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital downloads it ends once you choose immediate delivery and download the file. Anything faulty is always fixed or refunded. The details are on our Store & refund rules page.
Where are my Store purchases?
They arrive by email right after payment and are always in Settings → My Purchases, where you can download them again.
Can I use the designs outside my stream?
You can use them in your own LIVE streams and in clips of your streams on your own channels. Copying them, reselling them or using them for another website, product or business is forbidden. See Copyright & content use.
Is my data safe?
We keep only what the service needs: your email, your settings and your stream statistics. Payments go through Lemon Squeezy. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes. The whole site, the dashboard and the overlays are available in Arabic and English, with right-to-left layouts and Arabic designs.
How do I contact you?
